TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR Uptown Aces Casino

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
   This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Uptown Aces Casino, including all amendments thereto.
10. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
    a) These Terms and Conditions may not be assigned by User without prior written consent of Uptown Aces Casino, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed in writing.
    b) Any provision of these Terms and Conditions that is held to be invalid, unlawful, or otherwise unenforceable will be deemed severed from the remaining provisions hereof and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any such other provision.
